Thank

the General Terms and Conditions of our catering services.
The food and beverage prices quoted are subject to an
18% service charge and New Jersey State sales tax. These
prices are subject to change, but may be confirmed up
to (1) month prior to your event.

PAYMENT
SCHEDULE:
A 50% deposit is due when Client commits to event date.
Balance is due in full one week prior to event date. We
require one week for all cancellations, menu selection
and final head count. Orders canceled thereafter are subject
to loss of deposit up to 50%. In event that initial deposit
is not received when Client commits to event date and/or
balance is not received in full one week prior to event,
Caterer has the right to cancel event. Client will be
billed for guaranteed or actual count, whichever is greater.
Actual counts consist of adults – everyone 13 years
of age and over. Children ages 3-12 are discounted depending
on the type of menu. Children under 3 are free.
PAYMENT
TYPE:
We kindly accept Cash, Check or Certified Check. Please
make all check payable to: Apples of Gold Catering
CATERING
MINIMUMS:
There is a 25 person minimum for all catered events. Drop-Off
service requires a 40 person minimum serving size. All
prices and minimum person requirements are subject to
change without notice.
ADDITIONAL
CHARGES:
All prices are subject to 18% service charge and applicable
state/local tax. Beverage Service is additional. Client
will be charged an additional fee for items not included
in the standard catered event options and/or special accommodations.
Special accommodations include but are not limited to,
additional food (i.e. appetizers/hors d'ouevres,
entrées, etc.), semi-formal/formal setup, decorations,
the serving of items not supplied by the Caterer. Items
may or may not include specialized glassware, flatware,
dinnerware, carryout containers, etc and non-standard
accessories – see Standard Catered Event Accessory
Items as listed below. A Delivery Charge is applied to
all Drop-Off service orders. Catered events requiring
service staff for over 3 hours will be charged an overtime
fee according to Service Agreement as listed below. Catered
events requiring wait staff will be charged a $17.50 wait-staff
fee per hour (minimum 3 hours).
SERVICE
AGREEMENT:
A standard catered event is figured on a 4 hour basis.
Each additional hour will be charged at $1.25 per person
per hour, unless otherwise noted. Setup time will begin
forty-five minutes to one hour prior to event start time.
Setup time is dependant upon requested setup (i.e. drop
off service, casual buffet, dinner buffet, cocktail gala,
etc.) Cleanup will begin 30 minutes prior to end of event
time unless otherwise noted. Setup/Cleanup fee is an additional
charge of $25 each. All catered events must end by 1AM.
The Caterer reserves the right to substitute unavailable
or overpriced items
STANDARD
CATERED EVENT ACCESSORY ITEMS:
Casual Buffet includes, but not limited to, White Foam
Dinnerware Plates, White Plastic Flatware, Cups (if beverage
service is included) and Napkins, Racks, Sternos, and Tablecloths for Buffet Table.
Rack and other serving items must be returned. Decorative
plates, flatware, cups or glassware items available at
an additional charge.
Formal Buffet includes, but not limited to, Formal China
Dinnerware, Silverware, Champagne/Goblet Glass (if beverage
service is included), Tablecloths, Napkins, Deluxe Chafing
Dishes, Table Skirts, and Silk or in Seasonal Flowers
for Food Table. The use of formal buffet items will increase
package price.
Cocktail Gala includes, but not limited to, Clear or Black
Plastic Plates, Cups (if beverage service is included)
and Flatware, Cocktail Napkins. Decorative plates, flatware
and cups or glassware items available at an additional
charge.
Drop-Off Service included, but not limited to White Foam
Plates, White Plastic Flatware and Cups (if beverage services
is included) and aluminum pans. Racks, sternos (gel fuel),
and tablecloths available at an additional charge.
ENTIRE
AGREEMENT:
The Catering Contract contains the entire agreement between
the Client and Caterer, and supersedes any and all prior
oral or written agreements. The General Terms and Conditions
of Catering Contract may change without notice. All service
items must be returned to cater in good condition. If
items are damage, client will be charge a replacement
fee.
